Data Deletion Instructions

Creator by Ovidea respects your privacy. You can request the permanent deletion of your account and all personal data associated with it. This includes any data we received from Meta and Instagram after you connected an Instagram professional account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

When your deletion request is processed, we permanently remove:

• Your Creator user account and profile information.
• Connected Instagram account information (account identifiers, username, profile metadata).
• OAuth access tokens granted through the Instagram authorization flow.
• Automation rules, keywords, welcome messages, and workflows.
• Lead data captured by your automations.
• Webhook records associated with your account.
• Analytics and usage data tied to your account.
• Any other stored personal information related to your use of the service.

Audit and security log entries are anonymized (unlinked from your identity) and may be retained only where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

You can request deletion using either method below:

• From the dashboard: sign in to Creator, open your account settings, and choose “Delete account”. This permanently deletes your account and all associated data immediately.
• By email: send a request to our support team and we will delete your account for you.

To request deletion by email, contact hello@ovidea.com from your registered email address and include your registered email and your Instagram username so we can verify and locate your account.

Dashboard deletions are processed immediately. Email deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days of verification.

Once your data has been deleted, we send a confirmation email to your registered email address confirming that your account and all associated data have been permanently removed.
